Lending a hand to keep lawns under control

E-mail Print

Over the past 12 months, the Hoppers Crossing Apex Club have assisted an elderly local couple with their garden maintenance. Initially, Club members used their own gardening equipment for the mowing and brush cutting, however following the receipt of a Wyndham City Council Community Grant, the Club was able to purchase a lawn mower and brush cutter for this purpose.

These assets have since been of great use with this regular service project, and we look forward to continuing to keep the lawns neat and tidy. The Bushranger makes short work of the heavy going as Amanda tackles the grass in the backyard. The Bushranger makes short work of the heavy going as Amanda tackles the grass in the backyard.Tony tidies the edges in support of Amanda's good work with the mower.Tony tidies the edges in support of Amanda's good work with the mower.
